Delete your Partita account

Partita (بارتيتا) is developed by Tervyx Software. You can delete your Partita account and its data in any of these ways.

In the app

Open Settings (the gear at the top) → Account → Delete account, and confirm. If you are in a party, leave it first. You may be asked to sign in again.

Without the app

  1. Open https://playpartita.com in a browser.
  2. Sign in with the same Google account you use in the app.
  3. Open Settings (the gear at the top) → Account → Delete account, and confirm.

Accounts linked to Apple must be deleted in the app or by email, because Apple sign-in has to be revoked from a phone.

By email

Write to tervyxsoftware@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Partita account". Send it from the email address of the Google or Apple account you sign in with, or, for a guest account, include your display name and friend code (shown in the app under Social → Add me). We may ask you to confirm the request, and we complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

The account is disabled at once. We delete your profile and display name, friends and friend requests, club memberships and wall messages, coins, experience, items and missions, devices and notification tokens, feedback and analytics, your terms acceptance, and then your sign-in identity in Firebase. We keep safety reports, bans and the moderation log, and pseudonymous match results that no longer show your name or account details, for as long as needed to protect players and enforce the terms. Copied report evidence and incident descriptions are removed 180 days after report closure unless a legal hold applies; open reports retain their evidence for review. من التطبيق

افتح الإعدادات (رمز الترس في الأعلى) ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب، ثم أكد. اخرج من لمتك أولًا، وقد يُطلب منك تسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى.

بدون التطبيق

  1. افتح https://playpartita.com في المتصفح.
  2. سجل الدخول بحساب جوجل نفسه الذي تستخدمه في التطبيق.
  3. افتح الإعدادات (رمز الترس في الأعلى) ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب، ثم أكد.

الحسابات المرتبطة بأبل تُحذف من التطبيق أو بالبريد الإلكتروني، لأن إلغاء الدخول بأبل يتم من الهاتف.

بالبريد الإلكتروني

راسلنا على tervyxsoftware@gmail.com بعنوان "احذف حسابي في بارتيتا". أرسلها من البريد الإلكتروني لحساب جوجل أو أبل الذي تدخل به، أو لحساب الضيف اذكر اسمك الظاهر وكود الصداقة (يظهر في التطبيق في الشلة ← ضيفني). قد نطلب منك تأكيد الطلب، ونتمه خلال 30 يومًا.

ما يُحذف وما يبقى

يعطل الحساب فورا. نحذف ملفك الشخصي واسمك الظاهر، وأصدقاءك وطلبات الصداقة، وعضوياتك في النوادي ورسائل الحائط، وعملاتك وخبرتك وعناصرك ومهامك، وأجهزتك ورموز الإشعارات، وملاحظاتك وإحصاءاتك، وموافقتك على الشروط، ثم هوية الدخول في Firebase. ونحتفظ بسجلات بلاغات الأمان والحظر وسجل الإشراف ونتائج المباريات المجهلة التي لم تعد تظهر اسمك أو بيانات حسابك، طالما لزم ذلك لحماية اللاعبين وتطبيق الشروط. تحذف أدلة البلاغات المنسوخة ووصف الحادث بعد 180 يوما من إغلاق البلاغ، إلا إذا كان عليها تحفظ قانوني. تبقى أدلة البلاغات المفتوحة للمراجعة. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
