These terms apply to the Partita (بارتيتا) app and website, developed by Tervyx Software.
By creating an account or playing as a guest, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.

Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
Your account
A guest account belongs to the device it was created on; link it to Google or Apple to keep it. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Don't share, sell or use another person's account.
Coins and items
Coins, experience, levels and items are earned only by playing. They have no money value.
They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for anything of value. We may adjust them to fix errors or abuse.
There is no gambling or betting in Partita.
Community guidelines
These rules apply to display names, chat, private messages, stickers, voice, club names and descriptions, and club wall messages. Do not:
- harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone, or encourage others to;
- post hate speech or attack people for their religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, disability or similar;
- post sexual content, or ask other players for sexual content or contact;
- post anything that sexualises, exploits or endangers children (see below);
- promote violence, self-harm, terrorism, illegal drugs or other illegal activity;
- share anyone's private information, such as phone numbers or addresses;
- spam, scam, advertise, or impersonate other people or our staff;
- cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, or disrupt matches on purpose.
Reporting, blocking and enforcement
- Open a player's profile to Report or Block them.
- Use Report on a club wall message or a received private message.
- Mute players in a party to hide their chat and voice.

We review reports. Depending on how serious the violation is, we may remove content, warn a player, reset a name, restrict play, or suspend or ban accounts. We may take these actions with or without notice.
Child safety standards
Partita has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, and any sexualisation of minors.
When we learn of such content or behaviour, we:
- Remove the content and permanently ban the accounts involved.
- Preserve evidence as the law requires.
- Report it to the competent authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, in Egypt, the Child Helpline 16000 of the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood.
To report a concern in the app, choose Report, then Child safety. You may describe what happened without quoting harmful content. You can also write to our child safety contact: tervyxsoftware@gmail.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Ending your use
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
The service
Partita is provided as is. Games, features and content may change or be unavailable, and we are not liable for lost progress or items except where the law says otherwise.
Changes
When these terms change we will update the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

من يمكنه اللعب
يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عامًا على الأقل. وإذا كنت دون سن الرشد في بلدك، فأنت بحاجة إلى إذن أحد الوالدين أو الوصي.
حسابك
حساب الضيف مرتبط بالجهاز الذي أُنشئ عليه؛ اربطه بجوجل أو أبل للحفاظ عليه. أنت مسؤول عما يحدث في حسابك. لا تشارك حسابك أو تبيعه أو تستخدم حساب شخص آخر.
العملات والعناصر
تُكتسب العملات والخبرة والمستويات والعناصر باللعب فقط. وليس لها قيمة مالية.
لا يمكن شراؤها أو بيعها أو نقلها أو استبدالها بأي شيء ذي قيمة. وقد نعدلها لتصحيح خطأ أو إساءة استخدام.
لا يوجد في بارتيتا قمار أو رهان.
إرشادات المجتمع
تنطبق هذه القواعد على الأسماء الظاهرة والدردشة والرسائل الخاصة والملصقات والصوت وأسماء النوادي وأوصافها ورسائل حائط النادي. ممنوع:
- مضايقة أي شخص أو التنمر عليه أو تهديده أو تخويفه، أو تحريض الآخرين على ذلك؛
- خطاب الكراهية أو مهاجمة الناس بسبب الدين أو العرق أو الجنسية أو الجنس أو الإعاقة أو ما شابه؛
- نشر محتوى جنسي، أو طلب محتوى أو تواصل جنسي من اللاعبين؛
- نشر أي شيء يستغل الأطفال جنسيًا أو يعرضهم للخطر (انظر أدناه)؛
- الترويج للعنف أو إيذاء النفس أو الإرهاب أو المخدرات أو أي نشاط غير قانوني؛
- نشر معلومات خاصة بأي شخص مثل أرقام الهواتف أو العناوين؛
- الرسائل المزعجة أو الاحتيال أو الإعلانات، أو انتحال شخصية الآخرين أو فريقنا؛
- الغش أو استغلال الأخطاء أو استخدام برامج آلية أو إفساد المباريات عمدًا.
الإبلاغ والحظر والعقوبات
- افتح ملف اللاعب واختر إبلاغ أو حظر.
- استخدم إبلاغ على رسالة حائط النادي أو رسالة خاصة مستلمة.
- اكتم اللاعبين في اللمة لإخفاء دردشتهم وصوتهم.

نراجع البلاغات. وبحسب خطورة المخالفة، قد نحذف المحتوى، أو نوجه تحذيرًا، أو نعيد تعيين الاسم، أو نقيد اللعب، أو نعلق الحساب أو نحظره. وقد نتخذ هذه الإجراءات بإشعار أو دون إشعار.
معايير حماية الأطفال
لا تتسامح بارتيتا إطلاقًا مع الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال واستغلالهم. ويشمل ذلك مواد الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال، والاستدراج، والابتزاز الجنسي، وأي إضفاء للطابع الجنسي على القاصرين.
عندما نعلم بمثل هذا المحتوى أو السلوك:
- نحذف المحتوى ونحظر الحسابات المعنية نهائيًا.
- نحتفظ بالأدلة وفق ما يتطلبه القانون.
- نبلغ الجهات المختصة، ومنها المركز الوطني للأطفال المفقودين والمستغلين (NCMEC)، وفي مصر خط نجدة الطفل 16000 التابع للمجلس القومي للطفولة والأمومة.
للإبلاغ من داخل التطبيق، اختر إبلاغ، ثم سلامة طفل. يمكنك وصف ما حدث دون نقل محتوى ضار. ويمكنك أيضا مراسلة مسؤول حماية الأطفال لدينا: tervyxsoftware@gmail.com.
إذا كان طفل في خطر داهم، اتصل بخدمات الطوارئ المحلية.
إنهاء الاستخدام
يمكنك التوقف عن اللعب وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. وقد نعلق أو ننهي الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط.
الخدمة
تقدم بارتيتا كما هي. قد تتغير الألعاب والميزات والمحتوى أو تتوقف، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية فقدان التقدم أو العناصر إلا حيث ينص القانون على خلاف ذلك.
التغييرات
عند تغيير هذه الشروط سنحدث التاريخ أعلاه. استمرارك في اللعب بعد التغيير يعني قبوله.
